General booking conditions

All bookings are accompanied by a rental contract.

To be valid, all bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 25% deposit. The deposit will be paid by Paypal, Paylib or bank transfer. Only receipt of the deposit will confirm the booking.

The balance of the booking must be paid on arrival at the gîte, by Paypal, Paylib, instant bank transfer or cash.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation made more than 1 month before the holiday will result in the deposit paid being refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than one month before the start of the holiday, the entire deposit will be retained by the owner of the gîte.

If the customer does not show up at the agreed time on the day of the start of the holiday, the owner will have free disposal of the gîte, without giving rise to any compensation, and the payments made will remain the property of the owner.

The gîte is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

If the customer shortens the stay, the full amount of the contract remains due.

Our prices include the rental of the gîte, the supply of water, electricity, heating, products for the washing machine, tourist tax, the supply of bed linen and towels, cleaning at the end of the stay, and any options or services explicitly described in the holiday contract.
They do not include cleaning during your stay.

An inventory of fixtures and fittings, signed by both parties, is drawn up on arrival and departure and attached to the contract.

A deposit of 300€ is required on arrival. It will be returned to the tenant after the inventory has been carried out, after deduction, if necessary, of the cost of restoring the premises or replacing any damaged equipment. If the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to pay the difference on the basis of receipts provided by the owner.

Only the court in the location of the gîte has jurisdiction.
