Hi Jim, Thank you for your kind comment. I shall give your suggestion to Anna. She will do all necessary I’m sure! Il am sorry for the wifi. It is now solved, and was due to a conflict with the car charger !!
BOOKING
To be valid, all bookings must be confirmed by payment of a 30% deposit. The deposit must be paid by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Only receipt of the deposit will confirm the booking.
The balance of the booking must be paid on arrival at the gîte, by the same means of payment.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations made more than 1 month before the date of arrival will result in the refund of the deposit paid.
If the cancellation is made less than one month and more than 14 days before the start of the holiday, 50% of the deposit will be retained by the owner of the gîte.
If the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the start of the holiday, the entire deposit will be retained by the owner of the gîte.
If the customer does not show up at the agreed time on the day of the start of the holiday, the gîte will be freely available to the owner, without entitlement to compensation, and any payments made will be retained by the owner.
The gîte is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.
If the customer shortens the stay, the total amount of the contract remains due.
Our prices include the rental of the gîte, the supply of water, electricity, heating, products for the washing machine, tourist tax, the supply of bed linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and any options or services explicitly described in the holiday contract.
They do not include cleaning at the end of your stay.
