All reservations are accompanied by a rental contract.
To be valid, all reservations must be validated by the payment of a deposit of 25%. The deposit will be paid by Paypal, Paylib or instant bank transfer. Only the receipt of the deposit confirms the reservation.
The balance of the booking must be paid on arrival at the gite, by Paypal, Paylib, instant bank transfer or cash.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation made more than 1 month before the stay will result in the return of the deposit paid.
If the cancellation is made less than one month and more than 7 days before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be retained by the owner.
If the cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the beginning of the stay, the totality of the deposit will remain with the owner of the gite.
If the client does not show up on the day of the beginning of the stay at the agreed time, the owner will have the right to freely dispose of the gîte, without giving rise to any compensation, the payments made remaining the property of the owner.
The gîte is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
If the client shortens the stay, the totality of the contract remains due.
Our prices include the rental of the gite, the supply of water, electricity, heating, products for the washing machine, the tourist tax, the supply of bed linen and towels, the cleaning at the end of the stay, and all options or services explicitly described in the contract.
They do not include cleaning during the stay.
An inventory of fixtures and an inventory signed by both parties are carried out on arrival and departure and attached to the contract.
A deposit of 300€ is required on arrival. It will be returned to the tenant after the inventory of fixtures and the exit inventory, after deduction, if necessary, of the expenses of restoration of the places or the replacement of the deteriorated equipment. If the deposit is insufficient, the Tenant undertakes to pay the difference on the basis of the receipts provided by the Owner.
Only the court of the place of the gîte is competent.
